G-Biker Emina Šunje won the third prize in the 3MT (Three minutes thesis) competition with the video about her doctoral topic: "Surviving in isolation - genetic and phenotypic variation in fragmented populations of the Alpine salamander Salamandra atra prenjensis (Amphibia: Urodela: Salamandridae). The three-minute thesis (3MT) competition challenges Ph.D students to communicate the significance of their projects to a non-specialist audience in just three minutes.
