G-BiKE Working Group 2 ( https://G-BiKEgenetics.eu/en/community/working-groups ) is seeking to fund Short Term Scientific Missions in the following areas: 1. Testing of genetic indicators for implementation within the Convention on Biological Diversity 2. Simulation of Ne to estimate the consequences of endangered species population management

After more than 2 years, we are having 4th Management Committee and Working Group meetings of the G-BiKE COST Action in person. We have meeting in the geographical centre of Europe, in Prague, Czech Republic. It is our great pleasure to announce that G-BiKE's Working Group 5 is organizing the Science Communication Workshop on Storytelling and Distribution Channels. The host of the workshop is Kimberly Parke, communication expert from Stockholm University. The workshop is organized as a two-day event, on April 11-12, 2022, during the 4th Management Committee Meeting. The participation will be possible both in person and online (hybrid format). On Wednesday, April 13, 2022, we will have an open conference on Genetic diversity in the post- 2020 Global Biodiversity Framework of the Convention on Biological Diversity.
